Kangeiko video

Recently I found this video from Kendo World. Its very interesting and definitely worth watching. It gives lots of emphasis on the importance of kirigaeshi and uchikomi geiko as the basis of Kendo. I particularly liked the final part, when it talks about the '3 generation structure' of families and the importance of Kendo bringing together people from all ages.
